As I like to bash my head against a brick wall - does anybody have any N. cyclamineus seed to spare? I have tried to germinate this plant several times before without success, so why not try once more? :P Germination and growing tips would also be much appreciated.
I have / will have a small quantity of various seeds to trade - please contact me privately.

I can get you some in the summer but you have to remind me.

Mark, is it likely that Brian Duncan will have a surplus sale again this year please?
-
David / Rogan - I got some from Brian back in Septmeber, collected wild in Ferrara, Spain as I recall. Ask in the summer as most folks would have planted them straight away. This year I tried Ian's method of collecting and storing the seed in dry sand in a ziplock for a couple of months. They looked good when they were planted in late October.
I always cross-pollinate the ones in the greenhouse, otherwise no seed is set. I think they ripen in June.

Brian has seeds every year but that's not the source I was thinking of.

This is the source. Such a crap photo.

Mine hasn't set seed for the last two years but I haven't hand-pollinated. Must do so again it seems.

I should have a few seed as I always hand-pollinate which usually results in a few seed-pods setting viable seed. I have an early flowering form with dark green leaves and a late one with light green leaves. Both were grown from seed.
