Hello Everyone,
I am finally enjoying the first beautifull flower on my unknown Tanzanian bulb....which someone had identified for me as possibly being cryptostephanus haemanthoides...however, it turned out to be what i believe is a hymenocallis sp...or maybe crinum sp?
Does anyone have an idea of a more precise sp name and level or rarity? the flower stem is 50 cm tall and the flower about 25 cm's wide, and highly fragrant..

i dont think it is hymenocallis tubiflora, as although similar in flower, the leaves of tubiflora are much wider, and tubiflora also produces a white bulb with light brown tunics...
