Who does know the name of this Viola from Baikal lake

Sorry Hans,
Can only name the section which is ' Chamaemelanium ' which means
similar to pansies (Scheinstiefmütterchen). This is a group of mainly North American yellow flowering violets with a few representatives in Eastern Asia.
Your plant may be related to Viola orientalis.
