I'm glad Oron got to this before my delayed response; I will second Oron's opinion that your plant looks like Allium barsczewskii, including foliage characteristics. Just perused through the Taxonomic Allium Reference Collection at Gatersleben, where they have data for 51 accessions of this species (more than half with multiple photos), most collections from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Rather a variable species, with flower color mostly bright pink but found in many shades from white to light pink and lavender, to near true reds. You have a good eye to hone in on this Allium ID
