Corydalis for ID
« on: August 14, 2013, 10:17:11 PM »
Ian's unknown Corydalis on the Bulb Log prompted me to revisit my pictures of this Corydalis, seen at Auchindoune, the dower house of Cawdor Castle in 2008.  I've been meaning to post it for a while  ;D.  The label says KR6880 but it may be a misinterpretation of KW as it was growing with plants collected by Frank Kingdon Ward on his 1924-25 expedition to the Tsangpo Gorges when he was accompanied by Lord Cawdor.  I thought at first it might be the same as Ian's but when I found the picture I changed my mind.
Roma Fiddes, near Aberdeen in north East Scotland.
