David, here's the reply I got this morning from my email (not the feedback form):

Thank you, for contacting us. I am sorry your December issue arrived to you with loose pages. We have highlighted the issue to our production department for investigation. A replacement copy will be sent out in the post to you today. You can expect it shortly.

Please accept my apologies for the error and any inconvenience this may have caused.

Which all seems hunky dory.

I almost subscribed to 'The Plantsman' on the strength of the two articles on Snowdrops and Winter Aconites but in the end I did not because:
  • I wasn't sure if I would be in time to get the December issue I wanted
  • I had already read the similar article by Wim Boens

However, if anyone ends up with spare loose-leaf copies I would love to see those.  I would refund postage costs.

Almost in Scotland.

Similar reply  Brian.

Good Morning,

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. I have popped a new copy in the post for you this morning.

We are in touch with the printer and we are aware a binding problem has occurred.

Kind regards
