Wretched memory - again!
« on: June 03, 2015, 01:48:08 PM »
This very pretty allium is a tad invasive if the stems with their bulbils are not chopped as soon as the flowers are finished - but I cannot remember its' name!

I dont think so Reifuan. They are very similar but we have A.roseum growing next to it and it doesn't produce the bulbils at the top of the stems.

John,
I agree with Reifuan, it is A. roseum [syn A. roseum var. bulbiferum]
Tivon, in the lower Galilee, north Israel.
200m.
