I have had this for many years but can't remember the source. I have it labelled as
Muscari chalusicum
but think it might be something else as the lower flowers are darker than those above.
I would be grateful for any suggestions/advice.

Hi Steve,
From the Pacific Bulb Society: Pseudomuscari is a genus in the Hyacinthaceae family (APG II) or expanded Asparagaceae (APG III) that has been separated from the genus Muscari. It is recognised by the open "mouth" of the flower instead of the constricted one in Muscari.
They have a pic of what looks like yours as Pseudomuscari chalusicum

Many thanks for this. The images do match up very well. The leaves in these images also match my plants. I'll change the label to
Pseudomuscari chalusicum
