Frozen Frits & other bulbs

I managed to get myself caught out and I now have pots of Frits like conica, carica, crassifolia all in pots frozen solid in a frame. I guess they've probably been frozen for a few days.

Is it best to just let them thaw out naturally - maybe a whiile or bring them into somewhere a bit warmer?

Ditto for Narcissus, waiteri, rupicola etc.

BD says he'd be more worried about the Narcissus than the Frits.  Frits can take a fair amount of freezing here. Narcissus  on the other hand, may suffer more.  On balance he'd leave them where they are - swinging temperatures liable to do more damage.
 If you get the chance with a natural thaw, then best to get the narcissus somewhere a bit warmer.  But if freezing has been deep the damage may be done.

thanks Maggi - some of the Narcissus are in the greenhouse so they are safe - it's the waiteri and rupicola which are at risk - I think they are frozen through. Well we'll see what happens, thanks

I had no problems with unprotected Frits in the garden in spring 2013 when the temperatures were below -6°C for some days and they were in full growth.

Narcissus rupicola grows in may garden without any protection but from snow and we have -15°C nearly every winter.

I'm sort of kicking myself because after getting waiteri from AGS seed which was in the frame, I'd just germinated another generation from that plant and put that also in the frame.
