scutellaria national collection

Who keeps the national collection of scutellaria.I read that there is one but couldn't find an address.

This website says the national collection is held in Cheshire.
However, Plant Heritage doesn't list a collection holder for Scutellaria: http://www.nccpg.com/National-Collections.aspx
