I don't know where to buy those species, but last year in the seed ex there were seeds of P.wendelboi, so someone in here has it.  :)
I got those seeds, and they germinated well, and will grow the first leaf next spring, so in the future also I will have it (hopefully more than one..). ;)

Have you tried Will McLewin of Phedar? Worth contacting him even if they are not listed on his website; http://www.phedar.com/catalog/
(I've never even seen P. tenuifolia 'Alba' but my plant of tenuifolia 'Rosea' came from Will)

Just looking through my copy of the Peony Group of the Hardy Plant Society - they have seed of P. decomposita listed this year (50p per packet to members)

(On the Alpine Garden Society seed list; Paeonia wendelboi x daurica coriifolia)

I've contaced him and he only has P. decomposita (= P. szechuanica) but not for sale yet...the search goes on.

I have some P. wendelboi growing, but these are still very small first-year seedlings. If they grow well, you can pick one up here at the end of this year (it seems I'm only a few miles away from you). The other two I don't have.
