I have a couple of Nomocharis with black markings on the leaves. Is this a virus, or fungus?
Should I destroy the plants?

Diane,
Just a guess but it looks more like a cultural problem to me. If you're concerned, cut the leaves off with a sterile blade and keep an eye on the plant to see if the problem spreads...

I have a Dactylorhiza with the ends of the leaves turning black. On investigation the pot was rather water logged, not suprising the amount of rain we have had here lately !
