ID help please

I've been asked if I could ID this shrub and I'm thinking either Hebe or Pittosporum but can anyone help please? In picture ID1 the shrub concerned is on the right hand side.

A Hebe, David -  Hebe 'Pagei', perhaps.    That's Hebe  pinguifolia 'Pagei'
