Crocus banaticus virus infected :-( ? please help
« on: October 14, 2019, 04:50:43 PM »
Hello,
I had the bad luck Crocus banaticus with virus (clearly) to get 2-3 years ago :-( I had removed the plants immediately, since then there are no more crocuses in the place. Is the virus synonymous for other Crocus species Which (possible autumn crocuses) would be possible? If it is advised against, how big should the minimum distance from this place be to others?
In the meantime, I hardly have any desire to buy crocuses, even from well-known merchants, as I have probably already (this year) got a banaticus with suspected virus again - see picture- (the planting place is about 10m away) :-(
what shall i do?

regards
Bernd
