Rhodo in trouble!

We have had this rhododendron for some years, even showing it many years ago. It is clearly now in need of the imminent replanting into a more ericaceous compost.
The problem is - which rhodo is it?
Can anyone help?

I think you should look at ‘Arctic Tern’

Pretty much six of  one  and  half  a  dozen of the  other  for  the  two rhodos mentioned - both  also described  as  "Labrador  Teas"     I think 'Milky  Way' is  much more  recent  than 'Arctic Tern' and  if  you've  had  it  a  while then it  is AT which is  the  more  likely.
What your  plant  needs  now  it  repotting  into nice fresh ericaceous  compost  and  given several feeds  of  Miracid  plant  food  - that should  buck it  up a  bit!

I am now beginning to remember Arctic Tern - from somwhere in the furthest recesses of my memory, so that is what it will be labelled in its' fresh compost.
