About the Programme:
Are you enthusiastic about horticulture? Do you have an existing Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) and at least three months’ work experience in horticulture? Are you interested in specialising?
The RHS School of Horticulture (SoH) has been at the forefront of horticultural training for over 100 years. The one year Professional Work Placement programme will enable you to learn about the science, art and practice of horticulture in the setting of RHS Garden Harlow Carr and the specialist areas of Alpines (please see the job description for more information).
The programme will enable you to work within the relevant Garden team to gain specialist knowledge, skills, training and experiences in horticulture to prepare you for professional life in the industry. You will work alongside our knowledgeable, skilled and experienced staff developing, enhancing and deepening your understanding of horticulture.
