Scottish Botanists/BSBI Scotland 2021 conference
« on: November 06, 2021, 07:39:31 PM »
Another great conference from BSBI and Scottish Botanists Society (with support from RBG Edinburgh)

Talks on alpine plants (and plants in other habitats such as inter-tidal and urban areas) plus a range of exhibitions and papers.

The exhibits are well worth reading especially those on Darwin Tree of Life and the peat (just click on individual images or titles to access the papers or films).

The talks will be placed on line within a week - I'll endeavour to provide the links.

Yemen, what a country ... Haraz mountains, Socotra, Sana'a, Hadramaut, the empty quarter.... a country of stunning, mind altering beauty...and the friendliest of people.

Thanks, Frazer - I believe the  links will be  to You Tube videos, so we should all be able to catch up with the event.
