Nice (nameless) plant!

I assume this 10-12 inch tall plant is a Penstemon but have no specific name. Help please!

Perhaps Penstemon multiflorus? Mine is about 3ft tall, pot grown, but an adult plant. But the leaves and inflorescense of your plant look the same as mine.
