This plant has started blooming with one flower open per day. It opens pale yellow in the morning and gradually adds a bit of orange, then shrivels at night.
The plant is about 60 cm tall.

Oenothera stricta'Sulphurea' looks like that. Reminds me of other Evening Primroses that we've grown here, but don't have any more.

Sows itself around here, often into the crevice garden where it is hard to remove (taprooted).
