The seller didn't refer to you, Mark, they said they got the identification from Google. If you go to google and type in floccon, the only picture reference is yours. 
The dragon's eyes plant was renamed to G nivalis.  But I think maybe that had also been withdrawn

Looked like woronowii to me? I know a garden here in Dunblane that are a huge patch of woronowii - several square metres - which looks spectacular.
