I never think of snow spain. How often does this happen or do you live in the mountains?

thank you friends,

Yes it is very common snow in Spain, specially in mountain range areas. Now it is -9 C... but in the green house it is 6 C and Ferrarias and Gladiolus will be safe ;)

One October holiday, many years ago Vivienne and I flew to Malaga and went up into the Sierra Nevada. We got stuck in a snow drift and had to turn back. We spent the rest of the week sun baked just south of Marbella. 8)

Rafa,

That black bull (or steer, I can't quite see that closely) on the left of the picture really is the classic "bull fighting" bull that you see in the pictures.

All wonderful pictures..... will come back and look at them again later this week, when we're forecast at around 37 and 36'C mid week.  ::)  Hopefully they'll help me feel a little cooler.  ;)
Cheers.

Min winter temp -8 or -9°C. Max summer temp 40°C. Thankfully, maybe once or twice a year only.

Superb photos, Rafa!
It's been some years ago since I was mountainbiking through the snow, because
we didn't have good snow in the last years. This year we have, but -15°C are to
cold even for a passionated biker like I am  :'(
