I used to have a fridge and a freezer in the garage for my own use. The latter failed when the trip switch turned it off when we in Croatia and I lost £100+ worth of frozen mice/rats.

That's a LOT of mice lollies, Anthony!!! ;)

I'll do you the credit of assuming this frozen stock was food for assorted small creatures rather than what you anticipated for a homecoming lunch Anthony?

I like your new avatar, so much better than the previous blob of black. But could you not progress to an actual portrait?

The butterfly is pretty, as Lesley says, but thinking about the discussion going on in the Galanthus pages right now about how folks might recognise fellow forumists when they attend an event, it does seem eminently sensible for us ll to have photos of our own fizzoggs* as avatars (*fizzogg means face , for the non-English speakers)

The last time I had my face as my avatar it ended up on a dodgy website. :-\ I never did find it as the link I was given was rather like being given an A-Z of London and being told your face was on the window of a chip shop. ::) As useless as an udder on a bull! :(

Or you could show that even butterflies are another stage in the metamorphosis process, the next being a 'uman bean. Alas, no-one has wanted my fizz for a website, dodgy or otherwise.

Well, if I am going to attend one of the UK Galanthus events I shall update my avatar.  I can do it sooner rather than later if someone is willing to fly me over there for a visit.  ;D  Until then I shall stay with my cute little Elfinraer.  ;)

Anthony,

I love the flutterby.  Beautiful!!!
Cheers.
