Hi Mad ,
this is a Echeveria ( from Mexico ) - they need in winter a minmum temperatur from +13 - +16 °
....it seems the last winter has killed your plant ....

But, Hans, Mad's Echeveria looks good and is in flower, so "she" is not dead, eh?......
She has survived the winter, possibly because the pot was kept so dry.

Maggi ,
it was a missunderstanding :
My idea was the pic is from last year .....and now Mad searched for it .....
this is what we in german say :
"Totgesagte leben länger"
...maybe anybody can translate it
I can nothing say exept it is a Echeveria -but not which species ....and there exist also a lot of hybrids

Thanks! Yes, she stayed outside all winter long and I can assure you we had low temperatures (up to -10°C). But she was not under the snow. She stayed very dry until the end of March. So, I suppose I'm lucky
I shall look for the name.
And now I realise that it's not the only Echeveria I have, and all overwintered outside
.... all in flower now
Thank you guys!
Oh, the photo is from last Sunday.
