Rhodophiala bagnoldii is one I have yet to get, although I have loved the pics I have seen of it.  I have flowered chilense from seed, but it was certainly well more than 3 years, that is for sure.  I'm growing a few species from seed, when I can find them.  I can barely believe it is possible for any of them in 3 years.... I can guarantee it isn't possible in my climate without some serious climate adjustment. ;D
