Does anyone have a good strategy for dealing with root aphids on Arisaema corms?

Not anything specific to Arisaema but I sometimes unpot a saxifrage or primula and soak it in a bucket of water with a systemic insecticide. Needs to be for a while as the root aphis resist the soaking, being waxy.

Hello, jtotten ! Welcome to the Forum. We're not growing any Arisaemas in pots and Iam not aware of having this problem in the open garden, so no help from me, I'm afraid, though Lesley's advice is sound for other plants so I would hope that it would work for Arisaema corms......... there will be someone around here who can help, I'm sure!
