Corinne,
I have stared at the photograph which appears with your name for ages and am totally puzzled. What is it? Take me out of my misery. My poor mind is baffled.
I think I can see a small head, like an animal head (Oh, my god, I hope it isn't a photograph of you, Yikes!) of maybe a deer or a kangaroo?

Jorge, your pictures and flowers are magnificent but could I ask a little favour of you please. Before posting a picture could you down-size it first and save it with another name (so you don't lose the original) then post that smaller picture to the Forum? That way, we don't have to scroll across the screen to see all the picture. They are worth seeing.
Paddy, I think some time ago a larger version of Corinne's atavar was posted and it turned out to be a dog, if I remember rightly, but yes, it's VERY like a kangaroo, and one has to wonder WHY? why a dog too, for that matter, as I'm sure Corinne herself is preferable to either.

Jorge,
More great photographs. Beautiful flowers. Many thanks.
Lesley,
I must have missed that enlargement of the photograph. Yes, a dog is an odd one.

Portugal has the right indoor climate for the orchids (phalenophsis and even better dendrobium nobile) in the winter say 15C and lot of humidity while many are getting problem in Sweden with very dry and warm winters indoors. Outdoors it is to cold and killis even Cymbidiums.
We have sofar been happy with the orchids we grow in Portugal.
Kind regards
