Thanks for the offer of the CD. I'll write to AGS though. Their problem.

We sensitive souls who react badly to strong smells have to unpack the journal and leave it to air off for several days before opening it to get rid of the fumes of the ink etc. I can see it, but I can't read it.... >:(

We received the first DVD sometime in 2008 I think Lesley.  It contains Volumes 1-11, (1930-1943).  Do you want me to see if I can copy it for you?

That would be great thanks Susan. Actually, I have a lot of the early Bulletins, bought as a job lot when I joined a thousand years ago but there are still a number missing, especially from the war years when I guess paper was short and so a lot of extra copies weren't printed. It will be good to have the whole set on CD.

I've just received my SRGC Journal 124 in today's post. What a little stunner it is!!! Although I'm not a afficianado of insectivorous plants, I can't help being amazed and thrilled by the photo of Drosophyllum lusitanicum with all those perfect and perfected shown drops of sticky insect catcher. A wonderful picture as are the Patagonians and the gorgeous Ramondas and...and...and... Many thanks to those involved with this Journal; the writers, picture takers and the whole production team. It seems to me that each issue is better than the last.

Will give it a go.  Won't be this week-end.  We are off to the 50th anniversary  Motown concert at the Mission in Napier. Not sure there are many of the originals left but hot sun and wine sound good to me.

Received my Bulletin yesterday as well.  WHat a cover - wow.  Congratulations.  HAve not started it yet but looks good.

No rush Susan.
Have a great trip and enjoy the concert and the wine of course. I've just booked several concerts NZSO as DCC has finally seen sense and postponed their alterations to the town hall. Pratts!
