I finished my Dactylorhizas today.

This one was probably about two weeks or more late for dividing. The roots on the new tuber were very long with the 'fingers' going down deep

For me I think I should be lifting and dividing in mid to late July

The last ones were growing in a trough with Galanthus and small Narcissus. Both were well rooted.
