Does anyone here have any experience with this plant? A friend of mine sowed some a couple of years back but they don't seem to be willing to germinate.
Do they need some special treatment for sowing?

I sowed seed (from JJA-seedlist) in December 2007. The pots were left outside in a cold frame during winter and most of the seeds germinated the following spring. The seedlings grow slowly and are still quite small.
