Hy,
The case is similar that with the Zephyranthes, this Alstroemeria grows in sandy slopes, nearly without water.
I found it flowering at early summer.

Maybe we need the advice of Alberto Castillo to identify these South Americans.

Hy, its been identified as Alstroemeria Patagonica.
