If the leaves are easily falling off, it should be one of several variants ofSedum dasyphyllum. In Sedum brevifolium the leaves arefirmly fixed after Cultivated Stonecrops by Ray Stephenson, p. 133.
The leaves falls easily off when it is very dry but not when it is moist. The fallen leaves produce roots.Thank you for the pdf-file but it takes time reading it! My Spanish is rather absent
