I doubted if I should call the topic for 'Cold Denmark' or 'Early Spring in Denmark'. We had cold and lot of snow from mid November to the end of December. January was like early spring and several plants began growing for example Helleborus, Eranthis, Galanthus and Adonis. In the greenhouse the first Hepatica began flowering and in the same greenhouse there is also flower in Eranthis pinnatifida and Adonis amurensis ‘Yamato’ as I send picture of for a few days ago. In an other greenhouse there are flowers in Adonis amurensis 'Fukuju-Kai' and a few Primula and the first seeds has started to germinate for example a yellow form of Trillium kurabayashii. Now we got it cold again and in the garden there are not many plants in flower yet only Primula bracteosa a very beautiful Petiolares Primula.
