Onagracea from Madeira

I found this flower in Madeira. I guess it's Onagracea but I can not identify which one. It was cultivated and very probaly not indigenous. The plant was hanging from a brick wall and not upright like I am used from Epilobium. The stems and leaves have a red glow over them.
Anyone knows more? Thank you,

It's known as "Trailing Lasiandra" here and was Schizocentron elegans and then Heterocentron elegans. It's also called "Spanish Shawl" and an older name was Heeria elegans.

So I was even wrong with the family name, not Onagraceae but Melastomataceae. I learn a lot.
