water storing granules
« on: March 02, 2011, 12:54:27 PM »
Are there any problems with plants growing in pots outside in a compost containing water storing granules during the winter? Are they becoming too wet and is it better to use it only for plants inside the house or the conservatory and hanging baskets in the summer?
Any experience using them outside for plants requiring some moist soil?

If properly used the granules will store a lot of water and have it available for plants roots at any time of the year regardless of their position. Complex for plants that need s drought period.
