When is the best moment to try to root Daphne cneorum cuttings? Some recommend soft wood cuttings in spring and others more ripe wood in summer. What have you tried?Unfortunately I have no seed available.

I have planted cuttings of Daphne cneorum on a few occasions. I've taken cuttings in July, of the current year's growth. It has worked very well.
