Saxafraga has me stumped.

Any ideas what this might be?  Photographed July 14 in the Austrian Tirol at 2349 meters.  I can't match the leaves.

I'm quite sure this is Saxifraga exarata ssp. moschata, quite common in the Alps.

Yes I think you're right.  Previous pics of moschata that I took did not have such a well developed foliage.  I think this is what threw me.
