A few months ago I planted some seeds following Ian Young's method with and a bit from Anne Wright. My label has gone so I dont know if these are my mixed Galanthus seeds or seeds from my own Narcissus crosses that were mainly 'Candlepower' x cyclamineus and 'Candlepower' x asturiencis - label aslo gone. The seedlings afe now up and doing well. Time will tell what they are. This was them yesterday.

Judging by my seed pots, I think these will be snowdrops. All my narcissi seem to germinate with very narrow grass-like leaves, while the galanthi have broader ones like yours, Mark.

I would go along with Anne - given the limited choice of Galanthus & Narcissus. Assuming young seedlings I would expect N. to be narrow and rigid whilst G. are likely to be broader and floppy.
