unknown pea

This pea has been with me for many years and i used to know it's name ......... 

It's in a pot for the moment as i lifted it from the garden last season as it was being swamped by a Rhodo.
Any ideas?.

I haven't the foggiest Dave but I hope you'll collect seeds and maybe do a few cuttings. It's very nice. Pea cuttings do easily enough from non-flowering shoots.

I also have Lathyrus vernus in the garden so i broke off a stem to compare them both.There's quite a difference as you can see below   so I had a look on Google and here's is a link ---

So you could be right Arisaema.
