French Narcissus needed from Iles Glénan
« on: December 24, 2011, 01:52:23 PM »
Dear friends,

I am looking for leaves in Cobalted Silica Gel of Narcissus triandrus subsp. triandrus var. loiseleuri for our Alkaloid study. Probably could it be in any of your collections? or is there any institution that I could request material? 5 seeds and few leaves will be enough.

Allt the best.

Rafa, the "Conservatoire Botanique National de Brest" may be able to give you more information. It is one of the big institutions in France dealing with conservation and information of wild plants. They have also issued a book on the endangered wild plants of Brittany (Nicole Annezo et al. 1998: "La Flore Bretonne")

Good luck!
