I found a brand new colony of pyramidal orchid  this afternoon.







So Ron be prepared these are super rare round Mansfield and this neck of the woods.
This is the second new species to tick off my list for this area. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Was just looking forward to meeting up and getting in some quality plant and animal time, ( maybe fungi and ?? whatever else as it came along ) .  Now .... oh my goodness!! ;D

I thought you might like to see this little group from a walk along the Durham Coast today; and if that wets your appetite, then there were lovely Fragrant orchids, and Bees;

Oh, my word! What a grand variety of colours!   Really looking lovely... has there not been the awful wet weather there, Peter? They look so perfect.
