sowing glaucidium and cyclamen

There is probably already an answer to these questions somewhere on the forum
but I haven't found it... so here we go.
I have bought some seed of Glaucidium palmatum and of Cyclamen intaminatum,
can somebody give me advise on how to sow these seeds

 Wim, I cant help on Glaucidium but I can point you in the general direction of information on sowing cyclamen seed see http://www.srgc.org.uk/smf/index.php?topic=192.0  In addition there is more information on Ian Young's weekly Bulblog which now has an index- see Log 42/2003 and there are a few more pieces of information specifically on Cyclamen intaminatum scattered throughout the Bulblog-see the Index. In addition there is information on sowing Cyclamen seed on the Web Site of the Cyclamen Society. I hope this helps a little

I have had some Glaucidium seeds germinate within a couple of weeks of sowing at around 15C, and some which germinate in Spring after several months of chilling.

Glaucidium palmatum has an undeveloped embryo and needs a warm-cold-warm cycle for best result. Sow and place in 18-20 degrees C for 2-4 weeks. Then 4-6 weeks under +4 C. Will then germinate after a couple of weeks in 10-15 C. Can sometimes need two periods of cold.
