I attended the AGS Fritillaria group meeting in Wisley today and also took some pictures of what was in flower in the alpine section
alpines, ferns, bulbs, climbers, shrubs,annuals, tropicals, edibles, vegetables, etc

Hey Maren, yes, it was a lovely day and i was glad to see so many things in flower.
Well Maggi I AM trying my best to see as much as possible, meet as many people and have a good time. :) I'll be in Scotland next week :D

Anyone who has the chance have a look at Jon Evan's latest entry on the AGS Discussion section (under Display Gardens); there are some tremendous plants and Paul Cumbleton and his team deserve an accolade or two!

it will be interesting to see how the erythronium trials turn out....

I am trying to find erythronium grandiflorum at the moment...if anyone has any spare tubers, and would like to do a swap, please let me know :)
