14.00 Short presentations by:

1. Ilia Leitch from Kew "Probing the DNA to provide evolutionary insights"
2. Bob Wallis "New mysteries and new discoveries"
3. Bob Charman "Fritillaries in the Lake Van area"

15.30 Raffle

It is indeed Maggi. I thought that this had been highlighted here previously, but on searching today I couldn't find the post. Better late than never,

I thought we already had a notice of the event too - but I can't find it either! 
Ian has just been mildly surprised to hear of his appearance in the spring - he has been awaiting confirmation

Membership details are available inside the Main Hall.  Subscriptions: £6.00 per annum single membership and £7.00 per annum for family.  Two newsletters are published each year in February and August.

A super day. Met some very interesting and knowledgeable people ( thanks for your time ), enjoyed four fascinating and informative presentations, and saw some wonderful and inspiring plants ( living and on the superb photos on show ). Thanks especially to all the SRGC Forumists who took the trouble to come and say hello. Special thanks to Alice Munsey ( lunch on us next time! ).
A long journey for some of us, but well worth it. For anyone who could manage to go but didn't ( members or not ), you missed out on something good I think. Next time is in Spring ( same venue at the moment ) and then hopefully one a little further North, ( please say something if you have any ideas for this ).
