The first one has very dark almost black leaves when it first emerges. THis clump is self seeded as I would not have planted them in the middle of the path.
and this one has no label any more (we lose labels here like nobody's business) but it is definitely not a normal Scilla and I am sure it had a varietal name.

I would say the first one is Chionodoxa. As for the second it might be Scilla rosenii or a hybrid of it and Scilla sibirica

The first one could be Chionodoxa nana (syn. cretica )

Took off a flower and compared it to the others elsewhere and whilst the details are the same the colour of the flower and the leaves is very different.
