looking for Briggsia aurantiaca and B. muscicola
« on: May 08, 2015, 07:48:16 PM »
Who can generously help me with plants or cuttings of Briggsia aurantiaca and Briggsia muscicola.

I have small swap plants from:

Petrocosmea ideoides
Petrocosmea grandiflora
Petrocosmea kerrii var. criniata
Petrocosmea flaccida
Petrocosmea sericea
Petrocosmea begonifolia
Petrocosmea nervosa
Petrocosmea forrestii
Petrocosmea minor
Petrocosmea rosettiifolia
Perocosmea barbata
Primulina (Chirita) sclerophylla, see picture below
Primulina (Chirita) liboensis (white lined-leaves)
Hemiboea subcapitata (henryi)
x Brigandra calliantha
Tremacron aurantiacum
Briggsia spec. I think it is a Hemiboea spec., because leaves, flowerbuds and the stoloniferous roots are similar to Hemiboea subcapitata. Both species go dormant in winter.
Pearcea hypocyrtifolia

Naturally I have further wishes  :)

Petrocosmea formosa
Petrocosmea parryorum
Pearcea rhodotricha (Parakohleria rhodotricha)
Chinese Gesneriads of the genera (only botanical species) :
Hemiboea, Oreocharis, Primulina (Chirita), Opithandra, Briggsia, Petracodon, ...

Certainly I can swap at a later date, if someone wants to propagate his plants first.
I think swapping rooted plants is always the better way. Sorry, I can only swap in Europe.

You wouldn't happen to know what species this is? Photographed in NW Yunnan in July.
