John 85 and I are still puzzling over some Erodium naming.
E.petraeum subsp. crispum (syn. E. cheilanthifolium, E. trichomanifolium)
On the VRV site there are several pictures of E.p. crispum from Frankie Wulleman ( pic borrowed below)
The leaves are gray.

Harvey Wrightman shows a plant with green leaves :

John says :
"But the leaves of the wild plant are green.
So I suspect it is a cross or a cultivar.
I bought the plant here in France under another false name and 'd like to know what it really is".
Some of the various plants are discussed by Panayoti Kelaidis Here:

We have touched on this species in some other forum threads - to no great conclusion.

This came up in the forum as a hybrid that seems to answer the general description!
Erodium 'Natasha'

Confused? We still are!

Each and every one is lovely though, that's what counts.
