Quick question

Hi all,

A very quick question if I may, for those of you that raise Pleione from seed: is it possible or even usual for one-leaved species to have two-leaved shoots when very young? As you might imagine from the question, I have some one year seedlings of a one-leaved species that actually grew two leaves last year...bulbs look about right otherwise, not that this is very specific.

Hi Alex, yes it is possible. I very often have two leaves on one year old seedlings in flasks. After deflasking (second year), they usually have just one leaf.
