New Free Digital Gardening Magazine

The Scottish Gardener magazine was launched at Gardening Scotland. It is available to all as a digital download. The publisher calls it a 'freemium' magazine - is there no end to the ability of journalists to corrupt the English language?
Yemen, what a country ... Haraz mountains, Socotra, Sana'a, Hadramaut, the empty quarter.... a country of stunning, mind altering beauty...and the friendliest of people.

Ian picked up a  paper copy at GS.
Reading all the pre-publication spiel about the magazine it seems that their online availability will be the best thing about it, because apart from some minor excursions into other areas, the paper version will largely be available only in the Central Belt of Scotland.  :P
Their advertising rates are not cheap - I'd have thought with that kind of  price they'd at least be able  to send the issues across the whole country.

A vehicle to raise advertising revenue, the magazine bit is a "by the way"
