I thought it might be Lapiedra but it doesn't have that central green ovary which yours has,

Looks like something close to what I used to know as Brodiaea.
Or even a Scilla. The flower/capsule structure is similar to that of Scilla peruviana (oh but that's from South Africa isn't it, not Sth America).

Oziroe arida is not a name I knew - but the page of Chileflora for this plant :
