Why don't all snowdrops multiply like this
« on: August 28, 2014, 06:14:19 PM »
Wouldn't it be great if all snowdrops multiplied like this

Maidwell L has 8 daughter bulbs surrounding two main bulbs

I suspect you need the right snowdrop clone in the right soil with the right weather to achieve that, Mark.
Almost in Scotland.

These two live in the greenhouse and have had no water since the leaves started to turn yellow. They did get a liquid feed once a month.

A few disasters though with some bulbs just dry husks  :'(

Mark - I know what a multiplier 'Maidwell L' is but yours are in overdrive.  Do tell us about your mix.
